Services

What We Offer

We cover all aspects of tree and shrub care and maintenance for both private and commercial clients, including:

Tree Maintenance

Our team is fully qualified for all types of tree work including removal / felling, pollarding, crown and height reductions, crown thinning and raising. We are happy to advise on the correct time of year certain species are best worked on.

Hedge Reduction & Maintenance

We also carry out hedge work for customers. We can reduce in height, and sometimes width depending on the species and carry out all tidying up in general. Our team are very skilled and can leave hedges looking natural, or neat and tidy if you prefer the cleaner, sharper look.

Conifer Control

Conifers can benefit from regular maintenance to keep them looking green and healthy. Whether you have individual conifers, or they come in the form of a hedge, we can help with maintenance.

Garden Clearance

Bramble clearance, stump removal, shrub removal/tidying – we are able to help with all of the above. We can help get the garden to a level where it is manageable, or leave it as a blank canvas ready for you to work with.

Planting

For success with planting new trees and hedging, it is good to consider the new plants’ position, what species would thrive in the intended space, the type of soil you have, how big that species may become in the future, how much light and water will be needed. We have extensive knowledge and are happy to advise on the species we believe would suit the space.

Stump Grinding

When removing a tree, sometimes the stump is left at ground level. Depending on what you have in mind for the space, sometimes it would be better to remove the stump by grinding it out. Our stump grinder makes short work of this and removes stumps quickly and efficiently. On completion, the ground is left as flat as possible. Please note: we do need access of 31” in width to get the machine to within close vicinity of the stump.

Protected Trees & Conservation Areas

If your address falls within a conservation area, or you have a Preservation Order on your tree, permission from the local council will need to be granted prior to any work commencing. We understand that this can seem a daunting task – we have fantastic working relationships with all of our local councils and we are well versed in liaising with them on your behalf to enable work to commence.
